About the role#
As a Product Operations Intern, you will work within the Acxiom Product organization to support the planning, coordination, and improvement of technology initiatives. This role involves working across product operations, program execution, data analysis, and process improvement. You will collaborate with teams in Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Compliance to help translate strategy into execution. This position offers exposure to how enterprise technology, data, and marketing solutions are developed and brought to market.
What you'll do#
- Support product planning by maintaining milestones, risks, decisions, and action items.
- Assist with operational reporting, portfolio dashboards, and leadership materials.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, capacity concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain project information in Workday, including resource allocations and project stages.
- Document product, platform, and integration workflows.
- Support workflow automation and the use of artificial intelligence to improve team productivity.
- Conduct research on markets, partners, and competitors to support product decisions.
- Develop training resources and playbooks for internal teams.
- Coordinate project meetings and follow up on assigned actions.
- Complete and present an internship project with measurable business outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading or contributing to project teams in academic or professional settings.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or Slack.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Interest in advertising technology, data platforms, and identity solutions.
Location & details#
- This is a remote role.
- The internship begins January 11, 2027.
- The role requires 20 to 29 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during summer and academic breaks.
- Candidates should have an anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and December 2027.
