About the role#
As a procurement intern, you will support the purchasing team at our Laval facility. This role offers an opportunity to learn the procurement cycle within the aerospace manufacturing industry. You will work closely with buyers to ensure purchasing processes run smoothly and assist with daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Maintain data parameters within the ERP system, including lead times, pricing, and order quantities.
- Modify contractual purchase orders and manage communications with suppliers.
- Assist with the placement, tracking, and management of purchase orders.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the buying team.
- Attend team meetings, including those focused on operations and continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration degree or a related field.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong interest in clerical and administrative work.
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ability to understand and address operational needs.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship located in Laval, Quebec.
- The position follows a rolling term.
