About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term based at our head office in Longueuil. You will work within the Human Resources department to support daily operations and contribute to various improvement projects. This role involves a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support the full recruitment process and assist with employee onboarding.
- Help the HR advisor with training management projects and workforce planning.
- Maintain HR data systems and generate performance indicator reports using Excel.
- Assist in the administration of quarterly HR processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR technological tools and administrative workflows.
- Handle various daily HR administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, as you will interact with international clients, suppliers, and auditors.
- Analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
