About the role#
We are hiring a Finance Intern to join our administration and accounting team in Montreal. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date. You will work on-site and support our financial operations through hands-on tasks.
What you'll do#
- Help prepare monthly internal financial statements under the supervision of a team member.
- Build financial forecasts for the business unit covering short and medium-term periods.
- Monitor internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Gather documentation for internal and external audit files.
- Assist the purchasing clerk with procurement tasks, including identifying needs, finding suppliers, placing orders, and tracking active shipments.
