About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Longueuil to support our maintenance operations and systems.
What you'll do#
- Analyze maintenance data within the Interal system and help deploy it to a new department.
- Work on continuous improvements for the maintenance management system.
- Support electricians and electromechanics during their daily equipment maintenance tasks.
- Identify workplace risks and collaborate with the factory joint committee to develop solutions and safety strategies.
- Act as a project manager to prepare for equipment installation projects.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, HR, health and safety, purchasing, technical services, and production teams.
- Evaluate material requirements and manage the procurement process.
- Select new personal protective equipment for the electrical risk program alongside staff.
- Plan and manage job sites.
- Help improve the execution of preventive maintenance routines.
