About the role#
StandardAero is seeking an Articling Student for a one-year term starting in May 2027. You will join our in-house Legal team in Winnipeg to support the Commercial Engine Services division. This role offers hands-on experience working with experienced in-house counsel and business leaders on matters that have a real impact on our operations.
What you'll do#
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Conduct legal research to provide practical, business-focused support.
- Assist with corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters.
- Support legal operations and practice management.
- Help with dispute resolution and other legal initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are a law student or graduate eligible to article in Manitoba in 2027.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, practical, and business-minded approach.
- An interest in commercial law and the aerospace industry.
