About the role#
This internship offers a 12-month placement within the Operations Council. You will gain exposure to strategic planning, scheduling, and executive governance while working on projects related to aircraft systems and the manufacturing assembly line. The role provides opportunities to participate in both working-level and senior leadership meetings.
What you'll do#
- Develop proficiency with Microsoft Office products and aircraft management software.
- Gain exposure to scripting languages and data-driven operational tools.
- Apply models for process optimization and strategic analytics.
- Support aircraft operational research projects and create business cases.
- Explore continuous improvement and smart factory initiatives.
- Master project management and cross-functional communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate Engineering or related degree program.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
