About the role#
The Indirect Procurement Co-op supports category managers and specialists across various departments, including IT, HR, Facilities, R&D, and Manufacturing. You will gain hands-on experience with RFx processes, negotiations, supplier relationship management, and data analysis. You will also learn how our medical devices function while working within the procurement group.
What you'll do#
- Provide purchasing support across all categories.
- Assist with supplier management and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collect and analyze procurement spend data.
- Lead or support process improvement projects.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
