About the role#
Harper College is hiring a Student Aide for the Athletics Department for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time position based on-site in Palatine, Illinois. You will work up to 20 hours per week between Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a schedule determined by your availability.
What you'll do#
- Handle general office tasks within the Athletics Office.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Manage document reproduction through copying and scanning.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative needs.
What you'll need#
- Current registration as a Harper College student, with at least six credit hours for fall or three credit hours for summer.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- An interest in or experience with athletics.
- Prior office experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.
