About the role#
This student aide position is based at the front desk of a computer lab. You will serve as the primary point of contact for students and staff, providing support and ensuring the lab runs efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Assist students and staff with logging into systems.
- Help users locate specific software and navigate printing services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve questions or technical problems as they arise.
- Coordinate with the Service Desk and IT departments to report hardware and software issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Harper College student with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
- Ability to work independently and manage issues as they occur.
- Previous customer service experience is helpful.
