About the role#
Harper College is seeking a Student Aide to serve as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time position with a maximum of 20 working hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Provide academic support and instruction to students.
- Participate in required training.
- Coordinate your work schedule based on your personal availability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Harper College.
- Enrollment in at least three credits for the summer semester.
- A willingness to undergo training.
- This role is open to students across various fields of study, including Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Communications, and Business Administration.

- This position is located in Palatine, Illinois.
- Work is performed on-site.
- Employment is contingent upon a criminal background check for some positions.
