About the role#
Harper College is hiring a Student Aide to serve as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time position based on-site in Palatine, Illinois. Employment sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll do#
- Support students through the Center for Student Success.
- Participate in required training.
- Work a schedule determined by your availability.
- Work a maximum of 20 hours per week.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Harper College student.
- Enrollment in at least three credits for the summer term.
- A willingness to complete training.
- This role is open to students across various fields, including Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Communications, and Business Administration.
