About the role#
This position provides academic support to fellow students within the Harper Nursing Program. You will work directly under the supervision of the Nursing Lab Coordinator to facilitate learning and maintain lab environments.
What you'll do#
- Provide tutoring and academic support to nursing students.
- Assist with the preparation of nursing labs and necessary materials.
- Support the daily operations of the nursing lab under staff supervision.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the Harper Nursing Program.
- Successful completion of the first semester of the nursing program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- An average of 76 percent or higher on all exams.
- Maintenance of good academic standing.
- Satisfactory clinical performance with a faculty recommendation.
Location & details#
- Location: Palatine, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week, with a schedule determined by your student class schedule.
- Employment is contingent upon a criminal background check and submission of official transcripts.
