About the role#
The Human Resources Summer Intern will support various functions across the department. This position provides practical experience in a professional setting, allowing you to apply your academic coursework to real-world HR tasks. You will interact with leaders and employees across the organization while gaining a deeper understanding of HR operations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team on onboarding activities.
- Create and implement employee development resources.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events.
- Support HR projects, including reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Conduct research on current HR topics and present your findings.
- Participate in and present on a corporate internship project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an incoming Junior or Senior in a Human Resources degree program.
- Must remain a student for the duration of the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Initiative, integrity, and a self-starter mindset.
