About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the various functions within the GuideStone Advisors team. You will support the advisory team by managing client communications, assisting with marketing outreach, and maintaining data in the CRM system. You will also contribute to a corporate intern project and present your findings at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Assist advisors with onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Help acquire new assets by contacting prospects interested in rolling funds into GuideStone.
- Support management by evaluating new financial technology tools.
- Work alongside the marketing team on outreach initiatives.
- Update and manage records in the CRM database.
- Complete and present a group project during the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a degree program.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Planning.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient PC skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter.
