About the role#
The Platform Analyst intern will work with the Platform Management team to support the research, analysis, and testing of technology solutions. You will gain exposure to product management, business analysis, and process improvement while contributing to projects that impact internal and external customers.
What you'll do#
- Assist with research, analysis, and documentation for business and technology initiatives.
- Gather and organize business requirements, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
- Create process maps, workflows, reports, and project presentations.
- Participate in agile team meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, document results, and track issues.
- Evaluate business processes to identify potential improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to learn how technology solutions are designed and delivered.
- Support training and communication efforts for new features and process changes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or graduate student throughout the internship.
- Degree concentration in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Interest in technology, business analysis, and customer experience.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or agile methodologies is a plus.
