About the role#
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program Summer Internship is a pipeline into our full-time program. You will join the Colleague Experience Group, which manages global employee programs, development, and recruitment. Throughout the summer, you will work on strategic initiatives, gain exposure to senior leadership, and present your findings to the Chief Colleague Experience Officer and the senior team.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to high-impact initiatives that align with the broader strategy of the Colleague Experience Group.
- Analyze data to develop insights and create presentations for executive audiences.
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Synthesize large amounts of information, including stakeholder feedback and AI-enabled insights.
- Drive follow-through on initiatives and present recommendations to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time master’s or MBA program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic or professional experience that demonstrates preparation for a career in HR.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: 3-5 years of professional work experience with demonstrated leadership or project ownership.
- Preferred: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Preferred: A feedback-oriented mindset and strong self-awareness.
