About the role#
This internship program offers hands-on experience within International Card Services and the Global Merchant Network Services. You will work alongside colleagues to apply your education to real-world business challenges. Interns contribute to initiatives that support customers and advance strategic priorities. Placements are aligned to business units based on project requirements and individual strengths.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project proposals, identify next steps, and communicate with stakeholders to gain alignment.
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and research to support regulatory and governance initiatives, including tracking compliance activities.
- Support the growth and management of product portfolios by advancing initiatives that strengthen performance.
- Analyze business performance, customer insights, and market trends to inform product strategy.
- Support the development and management of marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email, and mobile apps.
- Research market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic marketing decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between June 2028 and December 2030.
- Studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A focus on innovation and the desire to own a project from conception through evaluation.
- Relationship management skills and comfort working across different levels of an organization.
