About the role#
As a Summer Marketing Manager Intern, you will join the U.S. Consumer Services team. You will support critical projects focused on product management and marketing strategy. This role offers the chance to work on initiatives that influence how we serve our card members across various sectors, including travel, dining, and retail.
What you'll do#
- Manage marketing and product management strategy for U.S. Consumer Services products.
- Analyze data to identify and propose growth opportunities.
- Build and track performance indicators to monitor customer behavior.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses to test the feasibility of new business opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end marketing and customer-focused initiatives.
- Develop relationships with internal and external partners while sharing best practices across the team.
- Find ways to improve the overall customer experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, customer insights, consulting, strategy, or product marketing.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and communicate them effectively.
- Independent work habits with high attention to detail.
