About the role#
As a Data Analytics intern within Enterprise Technology Services, you will support analytics work that helps technology teams understand portfolio performance, delivery progress, financial trends, and operational outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and data analytics. You will gather and validate data, build reports, analyze metrics, and prepare recommendations that help leaders make informed technology decisions.
What you'll do#
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from portfolio, project, financial, and technology delivery sources.
- Analyze portfolio performance, budget, forecast, and risk information to identify trends and insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators for technology stakeholders.
- Develop financial models, cost views, and scenario analyses to support technology portfolio decision-making.
- Use Agentic AI and data analytics tools to support research, summarization, and workflow efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Foundational knowledge of data analytics concepts including data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization.
- Foundational understanding of financial management principles like budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, or financial modeling.
- Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology concepts.
- Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts and human validation of AI outputs.
