About the role#
This summer internship program focuses on Product Management within the Global Merchant & Network Services division. You will work on the strategy, development, and operations of payment network products that support millions of merchants and partners globally. This is a full-time position designed for graduate students.
What you'll do#
- Drive the vision, strategy, and development for digital products and applications.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a product or application in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new product opportunities.
- Collect and synthesize product KPIs and conduct data analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Partner with Delivery and Technology teams to execute the product backlog in an agile environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Master’s degree program, with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Operations Management.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Development, Strategy, or Management Consulting.
- Ability to synthesize market and industry trends into clear opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives autonomously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
