About the role#
The Product Management Advisor Internship provides hands-on experience within the Life Company organization, specifically supporting Annuities products. You will work alongside product managers, analysts, and cross-functional partners to analyze product profitability, sales performance, and competitive positioning. This role involves using data to deliver insights that support business objectives and gaining exposure to product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
What you'll do#
- Collect, compile, and analyze data regarding product profitability, sales, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor product performance by identifying trends in customer feedback and business metrics.
- Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Digital Platforms, and IT.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform strategy discussions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Prepare analyses and presentations for business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to generate insights.
- Participate in Agile team activities, project discussions, and meetings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Adhere to all risk management, compliance, and company policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Marketing from an accredited institution.
- Graduation date must be after August 13, 2027.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to peers and leadership.
- Preference for candidates graduating between August 2027 and June 2028.
- Preference for candidates pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA).
