About the role#
Blaze is a small team building an agentic finance platform. You will work directly with the CEO to build growth systems, turning code into customers and tokens into distribution. This role is for people who believe the best marketers write code and the best engineers understand how to get attention. You will handle projects ranging from landing page experiments to internal automation tools. This is an unpaid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Build AI-powered prospecting and outreach pipelines for trades businesses and property managers.
- Run growth experiments from start to finish, including landing pages, onboarding, SEO, content, and referral loops.
- Measure growth experiment results honestly.
- Automate content creation pipelines using models and code.
- Build internal tools, scripts, and agents to improve team efficiency.
- Execute special projects assigned by the CEO.
What you'll need#
- You are AI-pilled and live in tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- You have built something with an agent recently.
- You are technically scrappy and can write code.
- You can ship scripts, automations, or landing pages.
- You have the ability to figure out new tools quickly.
- You are hungry to master growth, including distribution, positioning, funnels, and copy.
- You are numbers-curious and prefer running experiments over debating them.
- You are a self-starter who takes ownership of problems.
- Majors in Computer Science or Marketing are preferred.
