About the role#
CC&L Financial Group is hiring an intern for the Investment Analytics Engagement team. This is a 4-month position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January through April. You will work across three teams to see how investment analytics adds value to the asset management process. This role involves exposure to both public and private markets.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects related to operational improvements, analytics, and market research.
- Analyze portfolio and market data.
- Produce weekly morning briefs.
- Contribute to the development of the KCC, our internal knowledge-capital platform.
- Research and summarize portfolio and industry information for the management team.
- Support team activities regarding affiliate experience, operations, and growth.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the third or fourth year of an undergraduate degree or an MBA program with a focus on Business Administration.
- A strong academic track record.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to solve problems analytically.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A high level of ownership and natural curiosity.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an inclusive environment.
- Experience with Python or other programming languages is considered an asset.

- Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 CDN annualized.
