About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program running from May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will join the Group Benefits Product Management team to gain hands-on experience in a global financial services environment. This role is designed for current juniors graduating in May 2028 who are interested in product management, employee benefits, or financial services.
What you'll do#
- Analyze absence, product KPIs, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Research competitor, client, and regulatory trends across FMLA, ADA, and State Leave programs.
- Support the Absence Roadmap, ACE Digital Experience, reporting, and go-to-market deliverables.
- Learn about the company purpose, values, and product offerings.
- Work with and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members.
- Build a professional network and participate in a community with other interns.
- Think broadly and ask questions about data and business information.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- An analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working with data in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage priorities and learn quickly.
- Skill in turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
