About the role#
As a Digital Product Owner Intern, you will join the Digital Experience and Marketing team to build and improve digital tools for our clients and advisors. You will gain hands-on experience in product management by working with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, and technology. This role focuses on delivering real business outcomes while you develop core skills in strategy, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital experiences that support clients and advisors.
- Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and technology teams to shape digital products.
- Support consumer-facing web and mobile experiences.
- Perform digital analytics and performance measurement to inform product decisions.
- Assist with user experience (UX) research and design initiatives.
- Participate in the full Agile product development and delivery lifecycle.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior standing at a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- A high degree of self-motivation, integrity, and ethics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with others.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine interest in digital experiences, specifically consumer-facing websites and mobile apps.
- Valid work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (in-office at least four days per week).
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
