About the role#
As a Product Owner Intern, you will partner with business stakeholders and an agile delivery team to define, refine, and communicate product needs. You will report to a Senior Manager and work across product, technology, and governance functions to support our software development lifecycle. This 10-week summer program provides hands-on experience in discovery, requirements elaboration, and acceptance testing under the guidance of experienced team members.
What you'll do#
- Support backlog refinement by organizing items and helping maintain prioritization.
- Draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Gather and analyze requirements, using approved AI tools to accelerate the creation of product artifacts.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Take ownership of assigned analysis, testing support, and documentation deliverables.
- Help plan and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate sprint outcomes against acceptance criteria and document feedback for next steps.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in or coursework regarding Agile and Lean product development.
- Ability to synthesize written and verbal input into concise, testable requirements.
- Comfort using approved AI tools to accelerate work, combined with sound judgment to protect confidential information.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
- Demonstrated client focus and an eagerness to grow into a fintech product career.

- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week in-office).
