About the role#
The Emerging Markets Product Management team works at the intersection of clients, markets, and technology. You will gain exposure to how Tradeweb products evolve to meet client needs and changing market conditions. This role offers an understanding of how product management brings solutions from an initial idea to the market.
What you'll do#
- Support product development and enhancements.
- Analyze market and client trends.
- Assist with testing and implementation of new features.
- Work alongside colleagues across Sales, Technology, and other areas of the business.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in any field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Mandatory fluency in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to analyze data and create professional presentations.
- Ability to analyze a problem, form a view, and present a plan of action.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Motivation to work as part of a team.
- Curiosity to learn about electronic trading and market structure.
