About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within the Digital Assets team at Tradeweb. You will explore the intersection of traditional capital markets and digital finance. The team focuses on tokenization and blockchain-based trading workflows for assets like government securities and equities, alongside building capabilities for institutional access to crypto markets. You will gain exposure to product development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how emerging technologies influence capital markets.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside product professionals to support the growth of digital asset solutions.
- Conduct market research and contribute to product-focused projects.
- Support client initiatives and engage in cross-functional teamwork.
- Build a practical understanding of digital asset market structures and institutional trading workflows.
- Explore how AI and other emerging technologies apply to the business.
- Take initiative on projects and ask questions to help shape future processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, specifically regarding data and research.
- A genuine interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about technology applications in capital markets.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
