About the role#
As a Financial Advisor in Training intern, you will work with our financial advising teams to support client relationships and gain practical experience in the financial services industry. You will create a personalized development plan to guide your goals during your time with us. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Make outbound dials to clients on behalf of financial advising teams.
- Develop and deepen relationships with current clients over the phone.
- Schedule client appointments for advising teams.
- Shadow client meetings to learn about our business operations.
- Study to obtain your FINRA SIE license.
- Participate in corporate internship learning and development opportunities.
- Work closely with client experience teams.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- An interest in personal finance, financial wellness, or financial planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- This role is open to all majors.
- Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for students with F-1 visas.
Location & details#
- Locations: Minneapolis, Minnesota; Las Vegas, Nevada; or Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Modality: This is a hybrid role. Employees work in the office at least four days per week, with one day of flexibility to work from home.
- Compensation: The estimated hourly salary for this role is $26.44.
