About the role#
This internship program provides experience within the financial services industry at Ameriprise Financial. You will join the Advice and Wealth Management division, which supports client and advisor experiences through departments like Wealth Management Solutions, Banking and Cash Solutions, and Supervision and Risk Mitigation. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver business reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights.
- Conduct market and competitive research and present findings to business leaders.
- Assist with annual product due diligence, including researching platform offerings and validating adherence to standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business challenges, and support strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited four-year college or university.
- A major in Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, athletic, volunteer, or extracurricular activities.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with four days per week in the office.
