About the role#
This 10-week paid summer internship offers a hands-on look at the daily operations of a global financial services company. You will work on projects that impact our business, engage with senior leadership, and build a professional network. This program is designed to provide realistic experience and may lead to opportunities within the Finance Leadership Development Program upon successful completion.
What you'll do#
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results to provide performance insights.
- Conduct peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Support forecasting, annual planning, and rating agency reporting through financial modeling and presentation development.
- Learn about our purpose, values, and suite of financial products.
- Collaborate with mentors and team members across the organization.
- Engage with the broader intern community and build professional connections.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Junior status with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Interest in exploring multiple areas of Finance and Risk.

- Location: New York, NY (On-site).
- Program Dates: May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
