About the role#
This internship is part of the Digital and Omnichannel Servicing team within the Life Company. You will work alongside Digital Product managers to support mobile, web, and conversational channels. The team focuses on member retention and long-term relationship building through data-driven decisions. You will work on projects of strategic importance while collaborating with stakeholders across the company.
What you'll do#
- Use research, market intelligence, and data to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and maintain product roadmaps.
- Prepare data and materials for presentations to inform and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to formulate strategies for achieving Digital or Technology product goals.
- Develop and apply knowledge of Technology, UX, business processes, and Product Management.
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities according to company policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Science.
- Graduation date must be after August 13, 2027.
- Experience with SQL and Web or App Development.
- Currently pursuing an MBA.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at the USAA Corporate Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.
- The program runs during the Summer 2027 term.
- USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
