About the role#
The Operations - Project Manager Internship provides hands-on experience within the Life Company organization. You will work alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of business initiatives. This role focuses on translating strategy into execution while building foundational skills in project management, business operations, and problem solving.
What you'll do#
- Support project planning by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and keeping teams aligned on deliverables.
- Translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Analyze project data, metrics, and progress updates to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Develop skills in stakeholder management, project communications, and organizational collaboration.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program or higher at an accredited college or university.
- A graduation date between August 2027 and June 2028.
- You must plan to graduate after the final day of the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Operations Research, Data and Analytics, IT, or Computer Science.
- Leadership experience through academic projects, student organizations, athletics, or volunteer work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.

- Location: San Antonio, Texas (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027, through August 13, 2027).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour.
