About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program running from May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will join our team in Plano, Texas, to gain direct experience within a global financial services environment. This role is designed to provide insight into our business through daily assignments, interactions with senior leaders, and collaborative projects.
What you'll do#
- Gain direct exposure to sales teams by participating in sales calls with veteran representatives.
- Learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization.
- Explore our purpose, values, and suite of product and service offerings.
- Build a professional network and engage with other interns and colleagues.
- Analyze business data and information by thinking broadly and asking thoughtful questions.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to improve.
- Ability to manage time effectively, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to ask questions, seek feedback, and take initiative.
- Ability to influence, persuade, and communicate ideas effectively.
- Competitive drive and motivation to achieve goals.
