About the role#
Greenheck Group is hiring an Engineering Co-op for our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. This is a full-time, paid position offering hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC manufacturing industry. You will work 40 hours per week during an 8-month term, with opportunities available in Winter, Summer, and Fall 2027.
What you'll do#
Depending on your skills and business needs, you will work in one of four functional areas:
- Test Engineering: Build prototypes, conduct tests, and document results in our lab.
- Manufacturing Engineering: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshoot machines, and support production efficiency.
- Product Engineering: Design, test, and oversee the production of new and existing products from concept to launch.
- Application Engineering: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and assist with product selection software.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing, or Applied Engineering.
- You must be on track to graduate within the next 3 semesters.
- Experience working with basic hand tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
