About the role#
Fischer Homes offers a full-time co-op and internship program for students interested in the construction and home sales industry. This role provides hands-on training and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. Interns will work weekends with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside an Elite Coach to learn the new home sales process while observing one-on-one interactions with homebuyers.
- Ensure communities, model homes, and market homes serve as effective sales tools.
- Complete sales eLearning courses, including a full practice demonstration of the sales process.
- Shop competitors to identify and understand unique selling features.
- Coordinate community and Realtor events in collaboration with your Elite Coach.
- Conduct prospecting calls to support sales initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or related fields.
- Ability to work as a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate changing priorities and maintain focus under pressure.
- Physical ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs or ladders, and lift approximately 50 lbs unassisted.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and wear required safety gear on construction sites.

- Available terms: Summer 2026, Fall 2026, and Winter 2026.
- Locations: Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Erlanger and Louisville, Kentucky; Indianapolis, Indiana; Atlanta, Georgia; St. Louis, Missouri; and Panama City Beach, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site.
