NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT CO-OP/INTERNSHIP

About the role#

Fischer Homes offers a paid, full-time Co-Op/Internship program for students looking to gain practical experience in the construction and home sales industry. Interns work directly with an Elite Coach to learn the home sales process, build relationships with homebuyers, and contribute to the daily operations of our communities. This position requires weekend work, with two consistent weekdays off.

What you'll do#

• Work alongside an Elite Coach to learn the Fischer Homes sales process through one-on-one interaction with homebuyers.
• Maintain communities, model homes, and market homes to ensure they serve as effective sales tools.
• Complete Sales eLearning courses and perform a full practice demonstration of the sales process.
• Conduct prospecting calls and shop competitors to identify unique selling features.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events in collaboration with your Elite Coach.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities and pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a persuasive communication style.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work on-site, including navigating construction sites, uneven terrain, and various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and using required safety gear like hard hats and steel-toed shoes.
