About the role#
Fischer Homes is hiring for a Finance & Accounting Co-op for the Summer or Fall 2027 terms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Erlanger, Kentucky. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience in your field of study.
What you'll do#
- Learn the monthly accounting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Communicate financial results to the team.
- Complete account reconciliations.
- Assist with gathering data and documentation for the annual audit.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to summarize detailed data analysis.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask.
