About the role#
Fischer Homes is looking for a Strategic Analyst Co-Op to join the team in Erlanger, Kentucky. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site to translate industry and company data into business results while gaining exposure to the 5-year planning process.
What you'll do#
- Conduct competition studies to compare pricing and features against other builders.
- Support the 5-year planning process by analyzing economic data, demographic changes, and growth projections to identify land acquisition targets.
- Collect market research data for new metro area expansions and product development.
- Provide actionable insights for high-visibility projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
