About the role#
Fischer Homes offers a full-time internship and co-op program for students to gain practical experience in the home building industry. You will work alongside an Elite Coach to learn the new home sales process. This role requires working weekends, with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Work one on one with an Elite Coach to learn the home sales process.
- Ensure communities, model homes, and market homes are ready for potential buyers.
- Complete sales eLearning courses and practice demonstrating the sales process.
- Conduct prospecting calls.
- Shop competitors to identify unique selling features.
- Coordinate community and Realtor events.
- Navigate construction sites and residential properties, which may involve uneven terrain, stairs, or ladders.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions while wearing required safety gear.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Ability to work as a self-starter.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
