About the role#
Fischer Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Consultant for our co-op and internship program. You will work one on one with an Elite Coach to learn our sales process and gain experience in the home building industry. This is a full-time role that requires working weekends with two consistent weekdays off. You must be comfortable working on-site at various residential properties and construction sites.
What you'll do#
- Learn the home sales process by working alongside an Elite Coach.
- Manage communities, model homes, and market homes to ensure they are ready for potential buyers.
- Complete sales eLearning courses, including a full practice demonstration of the sales process.
- Research local competitors to understand our unique selling features.
- Assist the Elite Coach with community and Realtor events.
- Conduct prospecting calls.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- The physical ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and wear required safety gear like hard hats and steel-toed shoes.
