About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site as an Outside Sales Intern, gaining hands-on experience in a face-to-face selling environment. The program includes two weeks of professional sales training to help you build product knowledge and refine your presentation skills. You will work alongside experienced Account Managers, sales trainers, and department leaders who provide weekly mentoring.
What you'll do#
- Support sales growth and provide customer service for accounts across all industries in your territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to offer business solutions from the Uline catalog and website.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and develop your sales techniques.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Communications are preferred.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site in Paramus, Wayne, Hoboken, or Clinton, New Jersey.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
