About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to join our Health, Beauty, & Wellness and General Merchandise team. You will work alongside the Category Sales team to learn about category management. You will gain experience in strategic planning, execution, and analysis while making recommendations on business activities. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to meet project goals and influence future business operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn the core processes and tools used to drive efficient and profitable decisions.
- Work on projects that have a direct impact on business activities.
- Present your findings and insights to our Executive Leadership Team at the end of the program.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared project goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analysis program.
- Junior or senior standing is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative.
- Interest in the grocery, supply chain, and logistics fields.
- Skills in process improvement.

- Location: Kansas City, Kansas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 25, 2027 to July 30, 2027).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid internship.
