About the role#
Fischer Homes offers a co-op and internship program for students to gain practical experience in new home sales. You will work directly with an Elite Coach to learn our sales process and support the day-to-day operations of our communities. This is a full-time, paid position that requires working weekends, with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Partner with an Elite Coach to observe and assist in the home buying process.
- Complete internal sales eLearning courses and perform a practice demonstration of the sales process.
- Visit competitor sites to analyze their unique selling features.
- Help coordinate events for the community and local Realtors.
- Participate in prospecting calls alongside your mentor.
- Ensure our model homes and communities remain in excellent condition for potential buyers.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Physical ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working in various weather conditions and environments, including active construction sites.
