About the role#
Fischer Homes is looking for a Marketing Co-op to join our team in Erlanger, Kentucky for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work alongside experienced professionals to support our division marketing efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination.
What you'll do#
- Design and produce visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and branded assets.
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content.
- Write copy for marketing materials, posts, and promotional content.
- Assist with video filming projects, including production support and on-site coordination.
- Support division-level marketing, including internal and external event planning.
- Help maintain website accuracy and monitor social media analytics.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Advanced experience using Canva.
- A solid understanding of print and digital design best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
