About the role#
As a Real Estate Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting strategic marketing and business development initiatives for our real estate development portfolio. You will work closely with our marketing and business development professionals to drive growth and contribute to meaningful projects. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer of 2027 based on-site in Milwaukee.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic marketing and business development initiatives.
- Maintain and analyze CRM data.
- Support the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Research local markets and monitor competitive activity.
- Develop insights that help inform business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Real Estate.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with cold and warm phone calls.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in commercial real estate and an interest in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work well with minimum supervision.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on personal development.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- High academic achievement or prior elected leadership experience is preferred.
- Prior work experience or internships are a plus but not required.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Pay: $21 to $23 per hour, adjusted based on skills and experience.
- Work Modality: On-site.
