About the role#
As a Marketing/Proposal Student at PCL Construction, you will join our team in Long Beach, California. You will help create marketing materials, support proposal development, and contribute to initiatives that support our brand and business growth. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to our visual strategy for internal and external communications, including digital brochures, social media content, and photography post-processing.
- Develop materials for marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and our intranet or website while following corporate brand guidelines.
- Manage tasks and priorities within a creative team, working to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Create and format engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Build customer-focused relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals in design, UX/UI, and cinematography.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graphic design or digital media program at a post-secondary institution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma is an asset.
- Ability to produce accurate, creative work and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A detail-oriented and dependable approach to time management.
