About the role#
EquipmentShare is looking for a student intern to join the Fleet Team at our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. This is a rolling, full-time, paid internship. You will work on-site and support our sales operations through a variety of tasks.
What you'll do#
- Manage a high volume of inbound email requests and answer questions in a timely manner.
- Support the full lifecycle of the sales process, from initial request to invoicing.
- Collaborate with sales, fleet operations, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by acting as a knowledgeable resource.
- Drive operational and process improvements, including identifying ways to improve online sales conversion.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Economics, Math, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing presentations for management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
