About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship designed to prepare you for a career as a Sales Associate. You will gain hands-on experience by working across inside and outside sales departments. The role focuses on learning our sales processes and providing excellent customer service.
What you'll do#
- Complete safety training and follow all branch safety policies.
- Help with daily branch operations in the yard, including equipment check-in and washing.
- Assist customers with their rental needs.
- Shadow inside and outside sales team members to understand their daily responsibilities.
- Learn to use internal systems such as RentalMan and Salesforce.
- Attend departmental meetings, ride-alongs, and conference calls.
- Take on other duties as assigned by your manager.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BA or BS degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a sales-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Analytical and financial analysis skills.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Prior relevant work experience is preferred.

- This is an on-site position with rolling start dates.
- Locations include Humble, Jersey Vlg, Conroe, and Katy, Texas.
- This position is designated as safety-sensitive.
