About the role#
David Weekley Homes is hiring a Sales Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Austin, Texas. You will learn the fundamentals of new home sales while contributing to our team goals.
What you'll do#
- Participate in classroom and hands-on training sessions.
- Shadow experienced New Home Sales Consultants to observe daily operations.
- Assist with marketing and prospecting efforts.
- Greet and qualify prospective home buyers.
- Provide customer service to visitors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program with an interest in a sales career.
- Majors in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
- A positive attitude and a focus on teamwork.
- A drive to excel and a desire to take on new challenges.
- Skill in building relationships and providing customer service.
- Housing in the greater Austin area for the duration of the internship.
