About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the residential construction industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the homebuilding process from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Observe the day-to-day work of a Builder, including scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and material control.
- Gain exposure to sales, marketing, purchasing, and general operations.
- Learn the standards that guide how homes are built.
- See how customer service impacts homeowner satisfaction and business results.
- Follow the construction process from pre-contract activities through the closing phase.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time college program.
- An interest in residential construction, real estate, or a related field.
- Housing in the Colorado Springs area for the duration of the internship.
Location & details#
- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- This is an on-site, paid position at $20 per hour.
- The internship term is rolling and supports up to 40 hours per week.
